How long is shipping?
In stock items ship within 3-7 business days, but I sometimes can get them out sooner! If I post a pre-reorder, depending on the item, it can take 3 to 4 weeks. I always note it in the description. Please be aware that I do not ship anything on the weekends. These are my days to catch up and spend time with my family.
Do you accept exchanges/returns?
Yes, only if the product hasn't been worn [ie: makeup mark, perfume, dirt, tear, washed ect.] If the product you are exchanging is not in stock, you will receive STORE CREDIT for IN STOCK ITEMS within 24 hours after approval.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be issued as STORE CREDIT only and for IN STOCK ITEMS only!
What happens if I receive a defective item?
Please send an email to kmaries.boutique@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. In the email, please include a picture and description of what is wrong with the product. Once this is received, within 24 hours of inspection, we will send a return shipping label to the provided email and once we receive the product, store credit will be issued 24 hours upon approval.
